The A/R for Complainant being present filed a memo stating that inadvertently the complainant has mentioned the wrong address of the Ops in this Case for which notices on Ops could not be served and this case is lying with no development. Hence the complainant wants to file a fresh Case on withdrawal of this One.

                Heard. Perused the case record Notices have been returned with Postal remark “No such Offices in those address”.  The Complainant has also filed a fresh Case in lieu of this Case. In view of above facts, this case is closed as no pressed.
