Final Order / Judgement

                   Learned counsel for the Opposite party No.1 made a statement on 01.05.2024 that the matter has been compromised with the complainant for an amount of Rs.13,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Thousand Only) as full and final settlement of the claim and further stated that the insurance company is handed over the cheque No.694296 dated 25.04.2024 drawn on HDFC bank of Rs.11,920/- out of total amount of Rs.13,000/- to the complainant today and the remaining amount of Rs.1080/- shall be paid by the company to the complainant within 30 days from the receipt of the copy of this order.

                   Complainant also made a statement that he has read and heard the above-mentioned statement given by learned counsel for the OP No.1 and agreed to receive an amount of Rs.11,920/- out of total Rs.13,000/- as full and final settlement of the claim. He further stated that he does not want to pursue the complaint and withdraws the present complaint being compromised.

                   Statement of both the parties recorded separately. According to that, the matter has been full & final settled for Rs.13,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Thousand Only). The Ops are directed to make the payment of remaining amount i.e. Rs.1080/- to the complainant within 30 days from the receipt of this order failing to which complainant shall be entitled to interest @ 9% per annum from the institution of this complaint till realization.  

                   Keeping in view the statement made by complainant duly identified by his counsel, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs and file be consigned after due compliance.
