                Record is put up by petition filed by the Op./ J.dr and D.Hr also files a petition for withdrawal of the cheque deposited by the J.Dr. Perused the said petition. J.Dr files a A/C payee cheque of Rs. 6,19,050/- in favour of Nishikanta Pramanik, the D.Hr towards full satisfaction. The D.Hr is personally present alongwith his Ld. Lawyer and he files his Identity Card also. Being identified by the Ld. Lawyer of the Complainant, the said A/C payee cheque is delivered to the D.Hr in open court and the money receipt is accordingly filed by the D.Hr wherein his signature has been duly identified by his Ld. Advocate. Since full payment has been made by the J.Dr, the present Execution Case stands disposed of on full satisfaction.
