C/R is placed for passing necessary order on M.A. No. 302/2019. This MA is filed by the complainant for seeking direction for the expert opinion from the Electrical Regional Test Laboratory of DN-63, Street No. 13, Sector – V, Salt Lake City, Kolkata – 700091, P.S. Bidhannagar, District  North 24 Parganas, WB, Phone No. 033-2367/2366 stating the ground therein. The instant M.A. was heard both sides in the earlier. Perused the petition. Considered and allowed.

The concerned authority of Electrical Regional Test Laboratory of DN-63, Street No. 13, Sector – V, Salt Lake City, Kolkata – 700091, P.S. Bidhannagar, District  North 24 Parganas, WB, Phone No. 033-2367/2366, is hereby directed to submit a report in respect of probable cost of the expert opinion by the date fixed.
