Respective parties are present. Both the parties file a memo of settlement on the terms and conditions stipulated therein as the parties have settled their dispute by way of ammicable settlement the case is accordingly disposed off as the complainant has expressed his intension  not to proceed ahead with the case. Memo of settlement filed by the parties forms part of this order.

         The case is accordingly closed.
