                Today the case was fixed for filing reply to the application and evidence of the complainant.

At the stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint withdraws the same.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn the same. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
