            Dist. Bar Association, Bargarh vide their letter No. DBA 434/21 Dt. 16/03/2021 have inform that, at present the pandemic situation of Corona Virus is very much hauling and it is increasing day by day and everybody is taking precautions to save from corona attack and for the same an emergency meeting of the District Bar Association, Bargarh held and a unanimously resolution has been taken to participate in hearing mater if both parties are having consent for the same. That apart the urgent matter, bail matter along with injunction cases may be taken up as before till 1stMay 2021.

            Further, Dist. Bar Association, Bargarh vide their letter No. DBA 449, Dt. 10/04/2021 has informed that, they resolved to abstain from Court's work Completely till 1th May 2021 as a preventive measure to combat CORONA virus.

            At the same time they are glad to request for not to pass any adverse order in case of no step is taken by any party in any case and they seek to like co-operation from the concerned courts in such matters.

            Complainant personally present before the Commission and files hazira and argued on the admission of the case.

            Heard the matter from the Complainant. Having gone through the record we found that any material available therein it reveals that the matter is filed beyond the limitation prescribed by the Act. Furthermore the Complainant could not show any reason with regard to such delay in filing the same in such a belated stage.

            In view of the law of limitation as envisaged in the Act it is barred by the limitation. And we are of the view not to admit the case.

            Hence, the case is rejected and disposed off accordingly.
