                   Sh. Kunal Chopra, counsel for the OP.

                                     

                   Today the case is fixed for compromise in Pre National Lok Adalat. Compromise effected.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the OP has suffered his separate statement to effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and as per compromise OP has handed over the DD bearing No.634432 of ICICI Bank Limited amounting to Rs.22,000/-. Full and final settlement in the name of Anil Sharma is done.

                 On the other hand, complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP. He has received the DD bearing no.634432 of ICICI Bank Limited amounting to Rs.22,000/-, so he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised as full and final settlement.

       In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties will be bound by their statement. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
