Advocate for the parties are present to-day. As per petition filed by the Advocate for complainant the case record is put up to-day Advocate for complainant ans OP submits that this dispute has been amicably settled between the parties out of the court on the ground that the OP under takes and files a memo that they shall issue No dues artificial of the case vehicle to the complaint within one month from the date of disposal of the case. Further both the parties have agreed  shall not claim any amount or file any case in any manner in future hear in view of the said petition this CC Case is closed being compromised.
