Due to lock down of COVID-19, record put up today.

            A petition has been filed on behalf of D.Hr of the effect that the J.Dts have deposited  two cheuqes vide cheque nos.- 176883 and 176902 dated 17-02-20 and 20-02-20 for amount of Rs. 9,40,180/- and Rs. 3,16,304/- respectively of and the D.Hr has received the same with full and final satisfaction. It has been also mentioned that  aforesaid  cheuqes have been realized also. It has been also mentioned that now, D.Hr has no other grievance and claim against the J.Dts. Lastly, it has been prayed to dispose of the Ex. Case.

            Copy of the petition has been served to be Learned Lawyer for  J.Dts. who has no objection and he has mentioned the same on the petition.

            Perused the record. On perusal of record it transpires that the cheques No. 176883 dated 17-02-20 for RS. 9,40,180/- and cheuqe- 176902 dated 20-02-20 of amount 3,16,304/- were deposited by J.Dt on 04-03-20 in the office of forum and the same have been received by D.Hr with full satisfaction. He has mentioned the receiving of cheques in the margin of the odersheet.

            Since, the D.Hr./complainant has received the decreetal amount with full and filed satisfaction and he has no grievance  to dispose of the case, in the circumstances the Ex. Case No- 24/19 is disposed of with full satisfaction of the D.Hr.
