ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to refund the payment of Rs.46,400/- with interest and also to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- as compensation for mental agony and Rs.10,000/- towards cost of the complaint.

        Notice to opposite parties 1 & 2 not taken for long time.   The complainant called absent.  No representation also.  Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
