            The complainant takes no steps.

            It appears that on 11/06/2014 the complainant was absent. He was directed to file show cause. On 27/06/2014 he filed show cause which was accepted. But thereafter again he did not appear.

            We find that the complainant is not at all interested in this case and he has no prima-facie case at all.

Hence,

         Ordered

                     That DF Case No. CC/121/2013 be and the same is dismissed for non-appearance. No costs.
