None has appeared on behalf of the appellant inspite of several calls. 

Learned counsel Sh. Suresh Gautam for respondent has appeared.

A perusal of the previous order sheets have revealed that since a long time the appellant is not appearing before the Commission.

In such circumstances, we are of the opinion that the appeal should be dismissed on account of absence of the appellant. 

Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed. No order as to costs of the appeal.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary information.
