Complainant  Smti  Jihinaj  Begum is   present who   have already   filed a   compromise   petition   no-  1691   dtd.  20.2.23     informing   the fact   that   matter   of dispute    has already   been settled   between   the parties   and   complainant   have already    received   an amount    of Rs. 22,696/-   vide cheque   no-  004125 dtd.  16/3/2023    . Opp. party have further  submitted   a copy    of the   received   letter    in respect   of the  aforesaid  cheque   accepted   by the  complainant    Smti   Jihinaj   Begum   as  matter   of dispute   has already   been   resolved   between   the parties   outside   the commission.  The  compromise  petition   is allowed.

Case   is   disposed   on compromise.
