Heard the Ld. Advocate appearing for the Complainant. Perused the complaint u/s 12 of the C.P. Act, 1986.
The Ld. Lawyer appearing for the Complainant submits that he would not press the complaint u/s 12 of the C.P. Act, 1986 and an endorsement has been made in the margin of the complaint with remarks “ Not pressed”.
Hence, the complaint u/s 12 of the C.P. Act, 1986 is dismissed being not pressed.
