      This complaint filed u/Section-12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 prays to direct the opposite parties to replace the two steam machines in place of old machines or to pay it’s cost ofRs.1,50,001/-  with interest t 24% p.m. to pay Rs.10,000/- towards  damages  and to grant  Rs.5,000/- towards costs.

                                                             .

          This complaint coming on this day before us for hearing in the presence of                              Smt G.V.L. Nagamani and Smt P. Jhansi, advocates for the complainant and                 Sri Panchagnula Suresh Kumar,advocate for the opposite party  and this Forum made the following:

Complainant  called absent.  No representation on behalf of complainant. As seen from the record, the complainant failed to adduce evidence inspite of granting of sufficient time, there is no representation on behalf of complainant. As the complainant did not  shown any interest in prosecuting the case, keeping pendency of the case will not serve the purpose.  Hence, the complaint is dismissed for default.  No costs.
