Today is fixed for filing evidence on affidavit by the complainant.

Complainant initially prayed time. But ld. Advocate for the complainant side is present. But when this case is taken up for consideration complainant side by filing a petition supported by affidavit prayed for withdrawing this case as the disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled.

Ld. Advocate for the op side is present. The op side is not raising any objection regarding this matter and candidly admitted that payment has already been made.

Complainant side has filed copy of Aadhar card as identity proof.

Let it be kept with the record.

As the disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled and complainant is voluntarily withdrawing this case, this District Commission has to other way but to allow the said prayer for withdrawal of the case.

In the result, this complaint case no. 101 of 2021 be and the same is dismissed/ disposed of as it is withdrawn.
