Order no.  1,  dt.27.01.2024.

This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of Upobhokta Lok Adalat which is held on this day at the court room of D.C.D.R.C., Hooghly.

Both sides are found present and ready with their ld. Lawyers.

As per submission of ld. Advocates of both sides this case has been settled and bank authority is ready to pay Rs. 2,38,552/- including interest within 29.1.2024. Branch Manager of concerned bank authority and the complainant admitted this matter. In support of this point of contention the op bank authority has filed a copy of letter of containing signature of the op, bank authority.

From the submission of the both parties and their ld. Lawyers it is revealed that this case has been settled in between the parties and parties are not interested to proceed with this case.

In view of this position it is accordingly,

ordered

that the C.C. case no. 164 of 2022 be and the same is disposed of as it is settled in between the parties.

Let the letter dt. 7.12.2023 which is filed today be made a part of this order.

Let a free certified copy of this order be handed over to the parties immediately.
