When this matter is taken up for consideration at 12 o’clock the complainant is found absent. On call nobody appears for the complainant.

As the complainant has not complied the order of this District Commission and has not filed any show cause on this day, this District Commission is of the view that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.
