This case record is taken for consideration for passing final order in this MA case which has been initiated in view of the application filed by the complainant/applicant for passing an order of ad interim injunction. 

This matter has been contested by OP bank authority by filing written objection.

The argument highlighted by Ld. Advocates of both sides has already heard.  Considered submission.

Perused the petition which is filed for passing an order of injunction and also examine the written objection which is filed by OP.

After going through the material of this case record it is reflected that an order of ad interim injunction has already been passed by this District Commission vide order no.2 dated.23.3.2023 and thereafter the said order of adinterim injunction has been extended time to time.  But fact remains that the OP bank authority has not challenged the saidorders of extension of ad interim order of injunction.  Moreso the OP bank authority has failed to produce anydocuments to show that the bank authority has carried out the order of injunction which is passed by this District Commission vide order no.2 dated.23.3.2023.  All these factors are clearly reflecting there is urgency and necessity of confirming the said order of injunction till the disposal of C.C.-45/2023.

So the order no.2 dated.23.3.2023 by which ad interim order of injunction has been passed is made absolute till the disposal of C.C-45/23.

In thelight of the observation made above this MA case is allowed on contest and disposed of.
