Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant failing which necessary order as per law.

Complainant has not taken any steps initially at 12.40 p.m.  subsequently at 1.15 p.m. when this matter is taken up for consideration on call the complainant is found absent.  No show cause has been filed.  All these factors are going to depict that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.  So this complaint case is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of District Commission.  No order is passed as to cost.
