Order no.16  , dt. 27.6.2024

On examination of the record it is found that in the earlier occasion the case was deferred to Upovokta Lok Adalat held on 27.4.2024 but the case was not settled on that date.

However, today ld. advocate for the complainant side by filing a put up petition intimated that the disputes between the petitioner and the respondent has been settled and the complainant is not interested to proceed in this case any further.

Thus the petitioner intends to withdraw the instant case.  In view of the above the instant case stands drop as the matter has been amicably settled out of the court.
