Order no.  1,  dt. 22.06.2024.

Both the complainant, Dilip Samanta and the Branch Manager of National Insurance Company Ltd. represented by ld. Advocates Arman Das and Namrata Das are physically present in this Court.

The complainant, Dilip Samanta has preferred the instant application u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 with a prayer for claim insurance to the tune of Rs. 6,30,000/- along with compensation with the cost of Rs. 2,20,000/- be total value of Rs. 8,50,000/-. Subsequently the disputed matter has amicably been settled in between the complainant and National Insurance Company with  full and final settlement amounting to the tune of Rs. 5,46,000/-.

Op, Insurance Company Ltd. is  directed to pay the settlement amount to the tune of Rs. 5,46,000/- to the complainant Dilip Samanta in single installment positively by 2 months from this date of order.

To 21.8.2024 for report of full and final payment of Insurance Company.
