Complainant, Radha Raman Saha is physically present accompanied by his Ld. Advocate, Biplab De.

Ld. Advocate on behalf of op, branch manager of LIC is also physically present.

Case record is taken up for consideration of application under Order 23 Rule 1 of CPC filed by the complainant with a prayer for withdrawal of the case with a liberty to file the same afresh. Copy of the same had also been received by the op.

Today Ld. Advocate on behalf of the op nos. 1 and 2 raised no objection against the instant petition.

Hence it is ordered that the application under Order 23 Rule 1 of CPC filed by the complainant, Radha Raman Saha be and the same stands allowed on consent with a liberty to file afresh as he deem fit and proper.

Thus, the case is disposed of accordingly.

 Let a free certified copy of this order be handed over to the parties immediately.
