Order no.  3, dt. 25.7.2023

Today is fixed for admission hearing positively failing which necessary order as per law.

This case is taken up for consideration at 11.45 a.m thereafter at 12.05 p.m and at the both times, the complainant is found absent.  No step has been taken by the complainant.  On call complainant is found absent.  The conduct of the complainant is clearly indicating that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.

In the result, it is accordingly,

                                                            ORDERED

That this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

 No order is passed as to cost.
