This case is put up today for orders on the withdrawal petition filed by the Complainant yesterday. Copy of the petition has been served by the Adv. for the O.Ps, who has endorsed “without objection” in the body of the petition. We have heard them the Complainant has filed the withdrawal petition on the ground that they have settle their dispute relating to Certificate No.179646, dt.27.07.2011, outside the Court. Hence, the Complainant does not want to proceed further in this case. This case has been filed for the Fix Deposit Certificate No. MSYD-179646, dt.27.07.2011. Now the Parties have settle their dispute outside the Court, for which the Complainant does not want to proceed further in this case. When the Parties have settled their dispute outside the Court, we find no reason to keep this case pending anymore. Hence, the withdrawal petition is allowed. This case is closed as withdrawn & the withdrawal petition shall form part of this final order.
