This case record is placed before the Ld. Judges, National Lok-Adalat on this day which is held at the court room at D.C.D.R.C., Howrah. Parties and their Ld. Lawyers are found present and ready.

In course of hearing it is revealed that both parties have settled the dispute on the payment of Rs.3,35,000/- which is to be paid by the O.p. within 14 working days by way of furnishing Bank Draft.

In support of this point of contention one document has been filed by O.p.-Insurance Company. The complainant side received the copy of the said document and the complainant side is not raising any objection regarding settlement of dispute after receiving Rs.3,35,000/-.

As the dispute of this case have been amicably settled in between the parties, Ld. Judges of National Lok-Adalat have no reason to stand on the way.

In the light of the observation made above this C.C. case No.84/2021 be and the same is disputed off.

In the result,

it is accordingly,

The complaint case being No.84/2021 be and the same is amicably settled on the contention that the O.p.-Insurance Company shall pay Rs.3,35,000/- to the complainant within 14 working days by way of Bank Draft before this District Commission.

In the light of the observation made above this C.C. case No.84/2021 is disposed off as settled. Let the documents filed by the O.p.-Insurance Company be made a part of this order.

The parties of this case are entitled to get a free copy of this judgment.
