It appears from the record that at least 8 dates were given for filing evidence by the Complainant. The Complainant has failed to file the evidence as directed. The Complainant was asked to show cause on several dates, ultimately, Complainant failed to file any evidence. As such, cause shown by the Ld. Advocate for the Complainant today is not sufficient, so it is not accepted. The conduct of the Complainant suggests that she is not willing to proceed further with this case.

The case is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.
