New India Assurance Company Ltd. has submited cheque No. 142384 Dated 19/11/2014 lecaring an ament of Rs. 149230 One Lakh Forty Nine Thousend Two Hundrer Thirty only in favour of D.Hr Smt. Latika Das Mahapatra along with an application for disposed of this Esecution Case No. objection raised by the D.Hr.

Let the cheque bee kept in the use today of UDC.

D.hr is at liberty to take step for collection of the case.

The UDC is directed to make payment of the cheque being its No. 142384 dated 19/11/2014 in favour of the petitioner D.hr on proper identification.
