ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed as under. 1. Opposite party is directed to investigate the matter, itself or through proper agency,without seeking any further information from the complainant and convey its decision to the complainant RPAD within a period of 2 months from the date of reciept of this order. 2. The complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint if not satified with the order of the opposite party the complainant is also at liberty to file fresh complaint if matter is not settled within two months. 3.Return the documents to both parties 4. Parties to bear their own costs.
