            This complaint filed u/Section-12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 prays to direct the opposite party  to pay the complainant an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- being the P.A. benefits covered under the policy alongwith interest at 24% p.a. from the date of his death till its payment, Rs.1,00,000/- towards damages and compensation and costs of Rs.5,000/-  and such other further reliefs.

            This complaint coming on this day before us for hearing in the presence of                              Sri V.Chandrasekhar Reddy,  advocate for the complainant and Sri N. Kodanda Rami Reddy, advocate for the opposite party and this Forum made the following:
