ORDER

           Execution-Petitioner Smt. Dipti Rani Dey has personally appeared today.

           The JD-OP had already submitted a cheque of Rs. 32,718/- for payment to the DH-petitioner.

         The petitioner Smt. Dey has stated that she is satisfied with the amount paid by JD-OP through cheque. It is also informed by the PNB that the cheque amount has also been credited to A/C of this Commission.

           As such, Smt. Dipti Rani Dey, DH-petitioner may be paid cheque of Rs. 32,718/-

        As the amount as claimed by the DH as already been paid the JD with the satisfaction of the DH, the instant execution petition stands disposed of.

           Make necessary entry to the TR.
