Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 2. None has appeared on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 1(a) to 1(d). They have also not filed any objection against the prayer for condonation of delay. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 2 has fairly submitted that he has no objection if the petition for condonation of delay is allowed.

         Considering the above facts and also keeping in mind the reasons of filing the appeal with delay as has been mentioned in 3 to 7, the delay is condoned.

         Misc Case is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
