          Both the parties represented and filed joint statement regarding  settlement of the case which is numbered as IA 659/2024  signed by both the parties and their concerned counsels.  Hence  statement  accepted and the following orders are passed. 

          The Opposite Party is directed to pay an amount of  Rs.58,000/-  by way of  cheque in the name of  the Complainant within one month from today failing which the said amount will carry interest at  the rate of 9%  per annum  from the date of order  till the date of realization.

          IA 659/2024 forms part of the order and  Consumer Case  allowed accordingly.

          Dictated to the Confidential Assistant, transcribed by him and corrected by me and pronounced in the Open Commission on this the 25^th day of October          2024.
