ORDER

Order dt.01/02/1993 Case called. Complaint absent. Respondent advocate present. They contended that this Forum has no judisdiction since cause of action arise at Pondicherry, whre the DD for payment of car is encashed. It is so as per pleadings. Hence, the cause of action is not at Madikeri. Besides the complainant has taken car and has not justified that he is eligible for the refund of this excess money (Rs.8500) wich he paid due to increase of the cost of the car taxes etc. Hence, there is no substance in complaint.
