The case is posted today for hearing vide order dated 13.08.18 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, Odisha, Cuttack in Revision Petition of 143/2015 directing us to dispose the present C.D case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of such order. Accordingly, the certified copy of order dated 13.08.18 was received by this Forum on 03.09.18 through the Advocate for the O.Ps along with a memo. In the meanwhile, more than 5 months have already been passed, but the Complainant as well as his Advocate has remained absent from 03.09.18 till today. The O.Ps are absent on call today & have not filed any steps. Though sufficient opportunities are given to the Complainant for hearing of this case, but he has not shown any interest to proceed with this case further. Since it is a targeted case, we do not find any reasonable ground to proceed with this case furthermore. So, the case is liable to be dismissed for default and dismissed accordingly.
