Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant, i.d., necessary order will be passed.

            Today no step taken by the complainant. None appears on behalf of the complainant during its all. No show-cause is filed on behalf of the complainant. Ld. Counsel for the Ops files hazira.

            In the previous order the complainant was directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for default. But today the complainant neither appeared nor filed show cause. In such circumstances, we are of the opinion that the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case further and for such reason the complainant is not appearing before this Forum by taking step. So we are of the opinion that the present complaint should be dismissed for default.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 157/2013 be and the same is dismissed for default due to non-prosecution against the Ops without any cost.

            Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
