Heard Mr. H.K. Gogoi, learned counsel, appearing for the review applicant. By this review application the applicant who was the complainant in C.C. No. 28/2017 filed this review application for recalling the order dated 31-10-2022 by which C.C. No. 28/2017 was dismissed for default.

                        It is submitted by Mr. Gogoi that prior to the impugned order the counsel engaged by the applicant assured to take steps as and when the matter is listed. But due to non-taking of steps vide order dated 31-10-2022 the complaint No. C.C. 28/2017 was dismissed for default. The dismissal order was not intimated to the applicant and it was only in the month of January, 2023 while she visited the office of this Commission could come to know about the dismissal of the complaint. In view of the same Mr. Gogoi submits that the grounds taken are bonafide.

                        It is seen that the complaint was dismissed at the stage of framing of issues. Under such circumstances we re-call the order dated 31-10-2022 and connected C.C. No. 28/2017 is taken on for putting it on boad.

                        This review application is allowed and stands disposed.
