Case record is fixed to-day for filing of written version and objection by the OPs Complainant files a petition stating that, the present dispute has been mutually settled between the parties outside of the Forum, hence the complainant does not want to precede the case any further against the OPs. Further the Complainant seeking permission to withdraw the case. Heard the petition filed by the Complainant. It is allowed. Permission for withdrawal of the case is allowed. In view of the said petition filed by the Complainant the present dispute is disposed of being withdrawl.
