ORDER

Order dt.27/10/2004 The complaint is allowed. The respondent is directed to revise the bill bringing the electric installation under LT 4 D scheme and levy charges accordingly and issue demand notice accordingly after deducting the amount which is already paid by the complainant bringing this as under the scheme of fish breeding.
