Advocates for parties are present and case record is put up to-day on the strength of put up petition. Complainant files a petition through his Advocate stating that, the present dispute has amicably settled between the parties outside of this Commission. Hence he does not want to proceed the case henceforth. In view of the said petition filed by the complainant this C.C. is closed being withdrawn.
