The Complainant is present through Ld. Lawyer. On behalf of the opposite parties Ld. Advocates files separate vokalatnama along with adjournment petition for filing W/V.                                                                                                                                                       

At this time Ld. Lawyer for the complainant verbally submits that there are so many typographical mistakes he has made in the complainant petition and also prays to not –press the same with a prayer to file the case afresh.

Heard the Complainant, Perused the complaint u/s 35 of the C.P. Act, 2019.

The Complainant submits that he would not press the complaint u/s 35of the C.P. Act, 2019 and an endorsement has been made in the margin of the complaint with remarks “NOT PRESSED”.

Hence, the complaint u/s 35 of the C.P. Act, 2019 is dismissed being not pressed. Complainant is at liberty to file the case afresh.
