03.11.2021:               The case record is put up today on the strength of put up petition filed by one Md. Islam Ansari who is the father of deceased complainant  Md. Dilsan Ansari and prayed to substitute his name inplace of his deceased son to conduct the present complaint case. The petition is heard, considered and allowed after verifying the death certificate filed with the petition.

 

Further the complainant’s representative Md. Islam Ansari files withdrawal petition on the ground that the complainant and opposite parties have amicably settled/ compromised the matter outside the Commission and do not want to proceed with the case further.

 

                                    The petition is considered and allowed. The case is dropped and disposed of with no liberty to file afresh
