The case record is put up today on the strength of record call for petition filed by the complainant along with a petition to withdraw the case on the grounds stated therein and Xerox copy of Aadhar card of complainant. Copy served by the other side. Both the complainant and his Advocate are present. Advocate for O.Ps No.1 & 2 is also present. Heard.

                                         Perused the petition for withdrawal. It is stated in the petition that both the Parties have settled the case between themselves outside this Commission, for which the complainant does not want to proceed further in this case and prayed to withdraw the case. The complainant is the master of his own case. When he wants to withdraw the case, this Commission feels it proper to allow the petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.

                                         Accordingly, the present case is disposed of as withdrawn. The case need not be posted to 27.09.2023 as fixed earlier.
