18.04.2016                  The case is fixed today for further order. The complainant is absent today. No steps taken on behalf of the complainant.  Advocate for the O.P.No.1 is  present and files hazira in support of his case. The O.P.No.2  files his written version on earlier date. The   O.P.No.3 is present today. On dtd. 17.02.2016 the advocate for the complainant was present and filed a memo of no instruction to proceed with the case. Heard, the petition is allowed on earlier date. Notice was issued to the complainant for his clarification on this matter. But in spite of sufficient opportunities  the complainant did not appeared before this Forum till date. It presumes that  even after providing sufficient chance to the complainant, he does not take any interest in this case.

In view of above circumstances the present case is dismissed for default of the complainant.  Accordingly, disposed of.
