          Ld. Counsel for the complainant-DH has made a statement that he received the cheque no. 087177 dated 29.05.2015 worth Rs. 50,000/- from the respondent-JD and thus, he does not want to continue with the present execution petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
