ORDER:        

                   Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint but request has been made for seeking permission to file afresh and  return of the original documents.    

                 In view of the statement the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with a permission to file a fresh. Original documents attached with the complaint be returned to learned counsel for complainant against receipt in accordance with the rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
