None present on behalf of complainant.

It appears from the record that complainant was absent on and from 27.11.2020, 29.09.2020, 18.09.2020 on 17.03.2021 this commission show caused the complainant. In spite of show cause complainant remain absent on and from 22.04.2021, 17.06.2021 and 22.07.2021 and today.

Considering the conduct of the complainant in my view, complainant is less interested with the case.

Hence, it is

ORDERED

that the complainant case be and the same is dismissed on the ground of default.
