       This complaint is coming on this day for orders in the presence of Sri.S.V.Krishna Reddy, Advocate for complainant and Sri.A.V.Subramanyam, Advocate for opposite parties 1 and 2 and upon perusing the material papers on record, the Forum made the following.

          The counsel for complainant not filed written arguments though sufficient time granted.  The counsel for opposite party represented the matter was settled between the parties out of this Forum and complainant executed discharge voucher after receipt of Rs.50,000/- and the same is marked as Ex.B3.  Hence this complaint is closed and the same is dismissed as the complainant failed to prosecute the matter.
