Krishna Veni nominee / wife of deceased Yellanna under policy No. 652153936 and Rs.40,660/- vide cheques No. 221628 dated 10-07-09 and Rs.40,000/- vide cheque No.221629 dated 11-07-09 by M. Jayamma sister/nominee of Yellanna under policy No.651753679. Hence full satisfaction recorded accordingly and the complaint is dismissed without costs.
